Happy Easter everybody!!
The Swedes do the big Easter Meal on Saturday. My job this year is limited to providing the deviled eggs.
Peeling eggs for me usually goes pretty well. I usually do it at the sink with running water. Always being inquisitive, a few weeks ago I went out searching the www for tricks to peal eggs. Nothing I found compares to the technique I learned from this video.

Darn, I waited a few weeks and this morning I did almost two dozen eggs in just minutes!

LOL@WD, and nope no spit, although standing at the sink I rinse each and every egg off anyway just to get any remaining peel off of the egg.BWWWWWWWWAHHHH!!

While I was blowing MY EGGS this morning I thought of how I entertain the little kids at parties here in Sweden. As a not so little man and a non-smoker I can fill most party balloons with a single breath. My extra lung capacity came in handy this morning while making the deviled eggs. I would really recommend the technique even for some of you tiny people.
