Steve And Virginia Pearcy, America Haters

As I covered last week, the effigy of a hanging soldier was not an isolated incident for the Berkeley couple Steve and Virginia Pearcy. I have acquired a couple exclusive photos of the couple's car from a reader. They are clearly anti-American and anyone who had any doubts as to the real purpose of the hanging effigy on the side of their house can pretty much confirm it by looking at the enlarged photos.

The best part is the car this sign is taped to. Limousine liberals strike again. What's more, the Raving Royals, Steve and Virginia Pearcy, seem to hold to the old progressive mantra of "free speech means you say what we want."

The story, however, does not begin there. This morning Armstrong & Getty had a young woman call into their show who used to rent this home from Steve and his wife. Before the election they placed a 8x10 sign in the front window for Bush - Cheney 04. Someone called Steve and he in turn called this young woman to inform her that he and his wife would be in town the following weekend to do one of two things:

1. Place an over-sized Kerry sign on the lawn
2. Paint the house in support of Kerry.

Neither of these thing are bad in and of themselves, but it was an obvious reaction to this young lady and her roommate expressing their right of free speech.

The following weekend Steve and his wife arrived and began to work on the house. The young lady decided to go out while they were there and upon returning home found that instead of options 1 or 2 listed above, the Pearcys decided to but up a huge hand painted sign on the lawn that read "Only an Idiot votes for the Idiot." It was also that weekend when they decided that their home would display an allegiance to Saddam's regime.

That's the American left for you, folks. Call them liberals, progressives, bleeding-heart America-haters, whatever. They wear patriotism like a floppy happy hat during election time only to shed it for the vicious hatred of America they wallow in the other three years of the cycle.

I personally don't even get angry anymore. It's just too dang hilarious. These people are caricatures of citizens, spoiled little brats with screw-on fangs in coffee shops, make-believing that they make a difference when all they'll ever be is comic relief.

What, do they think they're better than people that drive SUVs by buying a car from a company who once upon a time USED SLAVE LABOR to build airplane engines for the Nazis??? I doubt they're intelligent enough to get the irony of coupling that with calling Bush "Hitler"...of course with the remark "F*** Israel" it's obvious they're not sympathetic to Jewish people anyway... these moonbats need to move to Canada or France.

Sparse, I'm with you on this. I just chuckle and move on. They better be careful, however. Someone with a sniper rifle might decide there are limits to free speech.
