If you weren't for the bank and industry bailouts, you must really hate bailing out other countries.President Barack Obama on Monday proposed a $100 billion U.S. loan to the International Monetary Fund to boost the IMF's resources and urged a bigger stake in the IMF for emerging powers.
The U.S. funding will boost the IMF's so-called New Arrangements to Borrow, or NAB, a facility which allows member countries to provide credit to the IMF to deal with crises that may threaten the stability of the global financial system.
Obama said the NAB was "woefully inadequate" to deal with the severe economic and financial crisis.
PRESIDENT OBAMA: We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded.

Lets do the math...Barry's budget is $3.8 TRILLION and he is demanding his cabinet freaks cut $100 million. I'm no math whiz, but I think he's talking about saving a pittance.
