Re: Highlights of Bush on 60 Minutes

As far as the democrats are concerned here's the most intriguing part of the interview:

“The Democrat leadership says, ‘We wanna support the troops who are on the ground. We just wanna redline the extra 20,000,’” Pelley remarks.

“Yeah. I will resist that. Listen, we've got people criticizing this plan before it's had a chance to work. They're saying, ‘We're not even gonna fund this thing.’ And they're not gonna give it a chance,” Bush says.

“There's no Democrat plan,” Pelley asks.

“It doesn't look like it to me. The interesting is, Scott, a lot of people are saying, ‘Well, we can't afford to fail.’” Bush says. “In other words, people understand the consequences of failure. But what's deafening is those who say ‘We can't afford to fail and here's the plan that will cause us not to fail.’ Frankly, that's not their responsibility. It's my responsibility to put forward the plan that I think will succeed. I believe if they start trying to cut off funds, they better explain to the American people and the soldiers why their plan will succeed.
Matthew 6:34 “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”

My Dear friend on Mighty Righty, I am so sadsent with the way some fell in this country, All they do is critizise the president of what he is doing to protect their fat a-- but none of them will come forth with a better suggestion. We are living in some trying times, if we don't fight the enimies on their soil they will be here, which they are and just waiting for the right moment to erupt. I just wished that President Bush would have come out and said Okay A--holes you want me to pull the troopes out, tomorrow we will, and then watch all the B---ards squirme. I am just sick and tiered of all the liberals they oppose everything but don't have any sulotions.
Lets see how many on this web site have the back bone to make their voices heard by contacting their congressmen and senators and let them know where we stand.

My congressman (David Price) is a liberal piece of sh*t and he already knows how I feel about him from some of the other letters I've sent him. Sending anything to him is wasting two stamps, the one I use to send a letter to him and the one he uses to give me some patsie ass response back.

I'm so sick of Bush. I look forward to the day he leaves office and a real conservative takes over

I live in California. I rather use that paper to wipe than to write a note.

Don't get your hopes up. Bush is about as conservative as it's gonna get from now on, at least as long as we continue to elect politicians.

The reason Democrats wants the United States to Cut and Run is simple, the Democrats would only want a Victory in Iraq if it was under a President Clinton, Gore or Kerry. Since the Iraq War is under President Bush they want it to fail because his Legacy of a Victory in Iraq for the United States, Iraq and the Middle East would be a greater Legacy than President Clinton's. This is how bitter and disgusting the Democratic Party has become..
